Consumers Energy Award
On Wednesday, May 25th, 2016, employees of Holland Heating and Cooling attended the Consumers Energy Excellence in Energy Efficiency Banquet. At the banquet, Holland Heating and Cooling was awarded the Outstanding Customer Experience Award for Consumers Energy’s Heating, Cooling, and Water Heating Program.
The award we received at the banquet was for high quality customer service for the State of Michigan. We appreciate and are honored to have earned this award. We truly care about our customers, and providing high quality services is what we pride ourself on as a business. It feels wonderful to be recognized for going the extra mile for our customers.
Last year at the banquet, we were awarded The Optimus Award for providing Excellence in Energy Efficiency. The event is hosted at the Michigan International Speedway where we were able to enjoy pace car rides before the banquet began. It is always an extremely fun event to be invited to!
This is the second award that Holland has received for quality customer service this year. We were also awarded Highest Voice of Customer for the Midwest Home Depot store locations. The award was presented to Holland for meeting customer’s expectations and providing quality customer service.
