The technicians Billy and Michael did a wonderful job. They were professional and displayed great workmanship. Upon completion of the work they communicated what was done. Very caring and friendly. After doing some research as to what I wanted, I did a web request to be contacted. The NEXT DAY, I got a call back and we scheduled an appointment with Doug. (As I side note, I did 4 other web requests and only heard from one other company???) Doug came out and showed me my options, and educated me on the best solution for my needs - my research was a bit lacking. 🙂 Doug was great to work with and worked hard to get me a great price on what I needed.
On installation day of Job # RA810163, the crew, Brad and Nevin, showed up right on time and got to work on my complete system replacement (AC, Furnace, Filtration, Humidifier, thermostat, the works). They were an absolute pleasure to work with - and tolerated my curious questions with a detailed answers and a smile. A bit later, a second crew of Damon and John came to help - two more great guys! The project moved along quickly and they were done earlier than I expected, but the install LOOKS like it took weeks - the tubing bends, vent routing, wiring, are, frankly, a work of art.
Before they left, Brad took time to show me the details of how to use my new thermostat, maintain my filtration and Humidifier, and entertain a few more "how does it work" questions. Everything was clean when they left are well - aside from shiny new equipment, you'd have never known they were there!

We had a whole house generator installed. The guys were very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a whole house generator.

On 10-17-18 we had a furnace and air conditioner installed (RA810175). Aaron and Howie were the main two installers but also had Damon and Piper on site. All of them were professional, friendly and did a top notch job. We are extremely pleased with their work and how clean they left our home. On top of this we also had a generator installed the following week. Aaron and Keith and another guy were excellent at that too. Would recommend Holland Heating to all of our friends and family.
