Holland Heating is looking to fill the position of Lead Generators.
This position is full or part-time and is commission based.
We are looking to hire for select Home Depot’s in Genesee, Saginaw, Midland, and Bay City areas.
Job Description:
The role of the lead setter is to make initial contacts with Home Depot customers who may have an old furnace or air conditioner. Following a script, the lead setter makes contact with a prospective client with the intention of setting and confirming an appointment for an in-home consultation by our professional sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be ready to present an extraordinarily strong work ethic!
- We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded candidates.
- Your job is to engage customers in conversation and offer our services.
- Strong presentation and communication skills required.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
- Must be drug free and pass a background check.
